Your guide to cultural orientation

We’re excited to have you join us for orientation, where you’ll meet a community of your peers and join in a hearty discussion as we share Northstar’s past, present, and future and speak to the values that are Our Guiding Light. Welcome!

Please be prepared with the following:

• Dress in business casual attire
• Arrive on time—allow plenty of time to park!
• Keep your cell phone off during the session


What will be provided:

• Free food and drink
• Your very own Northstar Nalgene

Orientation location

The location of your orientation is based on the restaurant you work at. Find your city, then see below for location and parking info.

Your orientation will be held at our Support Office.

Parking Info:
Take Chagrin Drive to the East Parking Garage. Turn into the garage and follow signs for 4030 Easton Station. Continue onto the top deck. Enter via the main entrance (it reads “4030 Easton Station”). Once inside, take the stairs or elevator to the 4th floor. Turn right down the hallway and enter via the glass doors.
